Okay, so we all know our documentation isn’t perfect. And we’ll definitely spend some time in the future on brining it up to date.

With Notes app your knowledge and documentation is always up to date with almost zero maintenance effort.

This is how it works:

  • you may include #note tag into your message and it will be kept in notes;
  • or you may add this tag to any of the messages from your colleagues, if you deem this piece of information is worth documenting;
  • if you link notes to a topic, they will be presented as a wiki page on that topic;
  • on the page, you may edit each note individually and drag-n-drop notes to define the sequence of paragraphs on the page.

You essentially get a structured wiki pages, without the hassle of actually creating wikis. It’ll magically appear, should you be attentive to what’s going on in the Flow.

The Notes app support markdown syntax for formatting of the text into a good looking documentation.
